By opting in to receive SMS messages from SimpleUp (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Consent to Receive SMS Messages
By providing your mobile number, you expressly consent to receive recurring SMS text messages from SimpleUp, including but not limited to onboarding updates, account alerts, marketing messages, promotions, reminders, and two-way support communications.
Message frequency may vary depending on your activity and preferences.
Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier’s plan.
2. Opt-In / Subscription
You represent that you are the owner or authorized user of the phone number provided.
You may opt in through web forms, in-app actions, SMS keywords, or any other lawful consent method.
After subscribing, we may send a confirmation message acknowledging your enrollment in the SimpleUp messaging program.
3. Opt-Out / STOP Instructions
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us.
Once you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message, and we will stop sending additional texts (unless you opt in again).

to request manual removal from the messaging list.
4. HELP / Support Instructions
If you reply HELP to any SMS message, we will respond with a message that includes contact details, a link to these SMS Terms & Conditions, and opt-out instructions.
HELP requests will be honored even if you are not currently subscribed.
5. Privacy & Data Usage
Any personal information collected through our SMS program, including your phone number, will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
We will not sell or share your personal information, including mobile numbers, with third parties without your consent, except as required by law or to fulfill service obligations.
Use, retention, and storage of your data will comply with all applicable data protection laws.
6. Message Content & Restrictions
All SMS messages from SimpleUp will clearly identify our brand name.
We do not send any content that violates carrier, CTIA, or local laws, including but not limited to:
Adult or sexual content
Hate speech or harassment
Illegal products or services
Phishing, spam, or fraudulent activity
We do not use public URL shorteners (e.g., bit.ly, tinyurl). All links are branded or verified through secure domains (e.g., simple-up.com).
All messages include the required opt-out and HELP information in accordance with A2P 10DLC regulations.
7. Delivery, Errors & Disclaimers
We are not responsible for message delivery failures, delays, or technical errors caused by mobile carriers or third-party service providers.
We do not guarantee delivery or timeliness of messages, as they depend on network conditions outside our control.
We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue message delivery to any number for non-compliance or technical reasons.
8. Compliance, Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your messaging access if you violate these Terms or applicable carrier regulations.
If any SimpleUp campaign is found non-compliant with A2P 10DLC, CTIA, or carrier policies, we may block or suspend message delivery to prevent penalties.
Non-compliance may result in blocking, suspension, or fines imposed by carriers or regulatory bodies.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updated versions will be posted at https://simple-up.com/terms-and-conditions
and will become effective upon posting or notification.
Your continued use of our messaging program constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
